We loved our week long stay at the Clevelander. It was in a perfect location, and the staff was absolutely incredible! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the music at the bar was so much fun and everyone who works there was so helpful (especially Michelle and Godfrey). We would definitely come back!! 😊
Every time I walk into this place Renata is super welcoming and energetic. We come for the food and drinks. The food has never disappointed us and the drinks are even better. Would definitely recommend 10/10. The manager victor is amazing also. He’s always checking on the guest, meanwhile running the operation smoothly.
Michelle at the reception desk was the one who made my experience perfect! She is fantastic — so helpful, knowledgeable, and KIND! I’m going through the darkest time of my life and she was able to put a smile on my face. Thank you, Michelle 🫶🏼
