terrible customer service.
there is not a category for rude employees, but the two times I have been at the cortadito in Gables, it has been the same bad experience.
I go to the one in Miami Beach so I was happy I had one closer to home. Nevertheless the counter employees are super rude. some don't understand English well and so on.
I had a deeply disappointing experience at this restaurant. The ordering kiosk malfunctioned, tacking on an extra $150 to my bill for a simple lunch. Despite ending up paying our $50 lunch at the counter, the amount was later charged an additional 3x to my Visa. When I demanded a refund, the restaurant chose to ignore my attempts at communication.
