Complex, like a hotel with all the infrastructure, garage included, but rentals are usually direct from the owners, I went through Airbnb, the owner said he rents directly too, apartment for 8 people with all the infrastructure, right on the sand and a large pool and excellent to stay for a long time.
Excellent Location, good pool, good rooms, everyone very friendly. The room for 4 people did not have a kitchen. In addition, they are apartments with a toilet in the room for 80USD, although for me because I was staying for many days the first cleaning was free, the parking is free and the WIFI works well, it is good to rent a car to get to know MIAMI more easily and economically, since UBBER is very expensive.
