This is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. Placed a large order 5 days in advance for a business breakfast. They charged me, then did not deliver the food. I lost the business relationship with the vendor I was presenting to, had to go to Zak the Baker and paid $500 additionally to make sure the client had food. Then when I went to the store, the GM Flo was super unprofessional. She told me that she could not refund me and I had to contact the catering director....read full review
