Essensia at The Palms Hotel & Spa offers a diverse and creative menu with locally sourced, organic ingredients. The ambiance is romantic and lush, perfect for a relaxing meal. The service is excellent and the cocktail and wine list is fabulous. Guests enjoyed dishes like jungle curry with shrimp, shrimp ceviche with Tiger milk, black truffle, roasted corn and leek soup, and chocolate pot de creme. However, some reviewers noted slow and indifferent service, as well as an automatic 18% gratuity added to the bill. Overall, it's a flavorful and fabulous dining experience in Miami.
