Weekend stay at this amazing hotel! Customer service was top notch! We had a great breakfast at the Essensia Restaurant. Our waiter; Leo was the best!! Highly recommended!

I really wanted an omelette but arrived just as breakfast was finishing. Elianny was amazing and so accommodating, she made it all happen. I would recommend the Essensia, the staff are outstanding and it’s a beautiful setting.

We’re staying at The Palm and have had breakfast here several times during our stay. The service has been consistently top-notch. Leonardo, our server, and Jean, the busser, provided exceptional service every time. They were warm, friendly, and attentive without ever being intrusive. It felt like they always knew exactly what we needed before we even had to ask, and they frequently went above and beyond with thoughtful touches.

Honestly, even if the food had been mediocre (which it definitely wasn’t), I’d come back just to hang out with Leonardo and Jean.

I had the Blue Zone Bowl, my wife had the Latin Bowl, and both were outstanding. My daughter ordered the waffles, which were also excellent. The side of bacon is enormous and very tasty, you’ll only need one order, even if two people are sharing.

I can’t recommend this place enough. We haven’t tried any other meals here yet, but based on the quality of the food and the level of service we’ve experienced at breakfast, I’d expect the rest of the menu to be just as good!

Loved all the service staying here. Top notch staff. Especially Leonardo at breakfast this morning. The food was excellent.. I eat pescatarian (no dairy, meat or gluten) and there were lots of options for me at every meal..rare in the USA. The gym is tiny and cramped but the rest of the hotel is wonderful

Just enjoyed a great breakfast here. My wife and I ordered an omelette and pancakes. They were delicious!! The highlight of our visit was our server Elianny. She was so friendly and personable and made sure all was perfect with the meal.!
