Devono tornare a scuola

Best Greek food in the US and the chef and staff are world class. If I could I would eat every meal here. Simple, delicious, generous.

First off, I have dined at many Milos including Montreal, Vegas, and NYC - Hudson Yards and this was the first disappointing experience I’ve had at a Milos restaurant. I would also like to preface my review by saying I’m judging this restaurant against other Milos which have been near perfect experiences, as one would expect for the price. To start when we first seated I informed our “captain” that this was my boyfriend’s first time at Milos, expecting a walkthrough of the concept. I don’t know if this waiter has just finished his shift at IHOP and was still in character, but he basically just proceeded to ask us to order with no walkthrough of the menu or recommendations or anything. We ordered a bottle of wine and oysters which were brought by the waiter’s helper, who needed being far more attentive and useful than the waiter himself. The Oysters were good but not as good as the ones we had at Smith and Wollensky the day before. We ended up ordering two entrees, halibut for my boyfriend, big eye tuna for me. They were delicious. I would have probably at this point said it was a 4/5 star experience with the service needing improvement but not being awful enough to prevent me from returning. But then I was given something to compare it to. The couple at the table next to us (also tables at this Milos are far too close together) was seated as we were dining and their waiter gave them such a beautiful walkthrough, took them up to the fish market, offered them the option of having shrimp with their oysters, they were visited by the sommelier for wine pairing. Basically all of the things one would expect from a Milos and a restaurant at this price point. It just highlighted what a lackluster service we received especially seeing as how we ordered multiple courses and a bottle of wine and paid just as much as this couple did $$$. While I have spent many thousands of dollars at Milos over the years and it remains among my favorites (the only reason this is getting two stars instead of one) I would not return to this location or recommend it, and I don’t think it’s up to par for the brand.

Christian Castro Made Our Night Unforgettable!

From start to finish, Christian Castro delivered nothing short of a five-star experience. He took his time with our table, showed incredible patience, and gave my mom—who is not easy to impress—a warm and unforgettable welcome to 50.

Every recommendation he made was top of the line, and he took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we felt confident and cared for. The level of service, class, and attention to detail Christian provided was beyond impressive.

Thanks to him, this wasn’t just dinner—it was a beautiful memory for our family. I’ll absolutely be returning and will only be asking for Christian. Highly, highly recommend!

BEST MEAL we have had in a while. Rolled the dice and tried something new. Took the ride down from Fort Lauderdale, make a reservation on Open Table. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff and seated promptly. A gentleman (Captain) Alessandro came over, introduced himself and took our drink order. Our Captain then took us over to the raw bar to show us the large variety of fresh seafood that they have for purchase.

We ordered the lobster pasta, scallop sashimi, jumbo and colossal shrimp, a filet, a jumbo stone crab claw and the Milo's special, fried zucchini with fried cheese and Tzatziki sauce. David assisting Alessandro. Our drinks were never empty, the table was constantly clean and we never had to ask for anything. They were on point.

We spoke with the Manager Elza, to commend her staff, food and ambiance. She was more than friendly and offered us a dessert. We finished dinner off with the Greek yogurt with honey, fruit platter and a scoop of ice cream. Angie was also amazing, she was running our bar drinks and assisting the others in making this experience amazing.

Dimer, who was serving another section, even stopped by to check on us and make sure we were okay. You don't get service like this anymore.

Needless to say- nothing is cheap in Miami Beach... I truly believe that the experience and quality of food was worth every penny. Thank you to Elza, Alessandro, Angie, David and Dimer for an amazing experience. We will be back!!!

Estiatorio Milos South Beach offers an exceptional dining experience, renowned for its outstanding service, elegant ambiance, and vibrant atmosphere. Highly recommended for seafood lovers, it features the best octopus in town, delivering impeccable quality and flavor. Can never go wrong. Chris was a gentleman and explained everything wonderfully. A very expensive dinner but worth every bite because of his great recommendation.

Estiatorio Milos in Miami is hands down one of the best dining experiences you can have. The seafood is unbelievably fresh, and everything is cooked to perfection, especially the grilled whole fish. The Milos Special appetizer is a must-try, crispy and delicious. The service is top-notch, with staff who really know their stuff and make you feel taken care of. Yeah, it’s definitely pricey, but honestly, it’s worth every penny for the quality and experience. If you’re looking for a special night out with amazing food, this is the place to go!
