This is my third or fourth time coming to this under-appreciated gem on 14th and Collins. They have a couple circular tables right on the balcony and you get to see the world pass by and it’s absolutely a vibe. Sandra hooked us up with a pitcher of mimosas, which actually comes with a full bottle of champagne in an ice bucket. A total vibe and a great background for Instagram with the breeze blowing nice plants and great service. I almost don’t want to review this because...

There is an extensive menu. The food was average. We ordered pancakes with fruit, thinking it would be fruit toppings for the pancakes, but it was just a side of fruits that were not appropriate to top pancakes.

We were quickly seated… It was only one waitress but she worked it superbly, with a smile!! I had the steak and eggs! It was seasoned good but the potatoes that came along were a little too done! He had the waffle and eggs with bacon! It was good as well!! Price was reasonable!
