Good breakfast at the royal palm in Miami. Just regular buffet stuff nothing special but good enough. What’s great here is the staff. Their waiters like Pedro and Edwin makes this place a wonderful place to visit. Super nice super helpful. They give good tips on Miami stay. It helped us a lot!

My servers were Danny & Edwin & they were both incredible! Very professional, helpful, and quick with service! The food was absolutely delicious! I had the buffet! Great selections & excellent omelet chef who makes omelets for anyone who is getting the buffet! Highly recommend going to this restaurant for beautiful views of the beach (indoor or outdoor seating), great food, great service, clean restaurant, and excellent and relaxed atmosphere!

We were shown to a table that had food, pens, and litter underneath and around it, I had to ask for it to be cleaned up before we sat.Choices quite limited , there is some boxed cereal, porridge bacon sausage scrambled eggs potatoes, toast. Couple of bowls of fruit and few small pastries.Food not very warm eitherOrdered fried eggs but they didn't arrive until I had finished breakfast . Asked for spoon for tea and didn't get one had to take from another table. Not a great experience and expensive $67 for 2 people.I would not recommend

Great friendly service which was pretty prompt. Food was nice although perhaps a little bit pricey compared to others in the area.

I Agree with other low star reviews. For the main breakfast dish you get “powder” scramble eggs, sausages, bacon and potatoes. This is it for $35 (with service charge). I could get so much more at pretty much any other restaurant on Ocean Drive. I recommend you go elsewhere and save some money.Owners should really read the reviews and either lower the pricing or bring the food quality up.

So much to choose from and unbeatable prices

The food was horrible, the food is way too expensive for the cheap items you receive, had the hardest time get a set of utensils. The best part about the whole experience was the coffee. The person that was cleaning the tables never came over to clean anything on our table until we were just about to leave. If you want ok breakfast might as well go to McDonalds.

Great resort in heart of South beach, everything is nearby. However, small rooms yet very modern.

"The decor is very cool and I appreciate checking out all the wine accessories."

Various small dishes served tapas style that were amazingly yummy

Had a decent grilled cheese type thing but the bread (focaccia) was a little gluey. Nice enough staff and right next to the beach!

The best place in Miami

We saw this restaurant listed in a "10 best of miami beach" article. It must have been outdated or the restaurant bribed the author. The hotel where the restaurant is housed is beautiful in all the ways one would expect of a nice Miami Beach hotel. We ordered the jambalaya for two persons ($55), and though the pan that was brought to our table was impressive looking, the carpet of rice was chewy (perhaps it's supposed to be), and the chicken and shrimp had very little flavor. The andouille sausage, fortunately, offered something in the way of (charred) taste. The profitability margins on that dish must be huge. The real downer was the bill. After we paid, it struck as that the total was way too high. I asked to view the bill again, thinking they must have forgotten to delete a side item that they'd forgotten to bring us (fortunately). No. It was the 18% gratuity (on a party of TWO? Seriously?), in addition to our $25 tip. I expressed shock, and the waiter said he forgot to tell us -- that he always makes it a point to point this out to guests. I had them remove our tip, of course. Slimy way to do business. Maybe it's on the menu, and we just missed it.

Great kitchen, terrible service. Our baby octopus with watermelon Brule was delicious, as was my jambalaya. The service was non-existent. I actually had to get up to find someone to give us water even hough the place was empty.
