We visited this place based on a friend's recommendation, and it turned out to be one of my poor decisions. The waitress acted as if the restaurant was closing, and it felt like the staff was more focused on preparing for the next day than on serving customers. Our table was ignored, even though we were seated. I received the bill for three adults and one child, which amounted to $350. This is ridiculous; it's not just about the money, but the problems with the service.

Everything was amazing at the restaurant. Food was delicious and service was great. Thank you to Manuel for giving my family a good first experience at Fogo de chao. We will be back! The only downfall was parking. They have valet for $25 but the valet guy was rude. Not communicative at all. We came out and he wasn't at the valet station so we waited a few minutes (no big deal). He then showed up and after waiting for another few minutes we asked if we should go wait inside...

I want to start by saying if your server is Emmanuel, I highly recommend requesting a different server right away. I come to this location often and chose it for my boyfriend's birthday because we genuinely love the food here. We made sure to note the occasion on our reservation, but it was never acknowledged—not even once. As soon as we were seated, the server asked for our drink orders but didn't ask how we'd like our steaks cooked—I had to mention it myself....
