First time here and when we got here we were told by a hostess that the burger comes with fries when we got the food we find out it doesn’t, when we ordered our food we did not get our food for awhile meanwhile people that came in before us got their food before us and the waiter noticed and tried to rush out with our food. They then brought the food out for one of us while the other had to wait for like 15 mins for theirs. Very unprofessional and poor service these 5 star reviews must be fake.

Service was horrible, waited 20 minutes for a chicken Sandwhich and burger….then they came 10 minutes apart. The waiter and host also said the sandwich came with fries. It didn’t, I will not be coming back. Don’t waste your time, there are places on south beach with better food, prices and service

Beautiful cozy setting in a very upscale hotel. Location, atmosphere and service are top notch.
Food is absolutely delicious and excellent, a very eclectic set of offerings.
The marinade and cooking method of the shrimp was very tasty, the only drawback is the quantity. They literally put six small to medium size shrimps on two skewers and charge $24 for it. That's not right! The restaurant should either switch to real large shrimps or lower the price, at least by half, if not more.
The passion fruit cheese cake is out of this world.
It was a great closer to an awesome dinner experience (except the shrimp). It was so good, we went back the next day during the day and just had that with our afternoon coffee.
I'll definitely go back, but I'll avoid the shrimp.

Food: Very good. You can get your own food in the food hall and choose from there. Prices were absolutely fine, we had imagined it would be more expensive.
Service: Was under the dog. Unfriendly, indifferent, slow, arrogant, etc. everything you don't need in a restaurant!
Ambience: The restaurant would be very cool, it is close to the city, right by the water, very nicely decorated, if it weren't for the extremely loud music that they didn't turn down even after repeated requests. Accordingly, the people there shouted at each other, which was unfortunately an extremely bad experience.
And there were a lot of flies that were extremely disruptive while we were eating! We haven't had that in any other pub or restaurant, it was extremely noticeable there

We held our wedding event here about 10 months ago, and I will forever owe the staff there for creating such an amazing atmosphere for us and our guests. We were hit with a storm so we had to move the event inside and everyone was more than accomodating. They went above and beyond to help, although this isn't a wedding reception venue. They exceeded my expectations and I recommend this restaurant to anyone because my guests are stilllll talking about the tacos!

It is a cute place in the lobby of the hotel. It is small and casual. We came here for their "lobster Wednesday" and got to try Lobster a la Talla, which was very good and lobster truffle pasta, which was ok. We also got Gratitude garden farm mushroom entree from the regular menu, and while it was small it was very flavorful and my favorite item from the dinner. For desert, we had a passion fruit cheesecake, which was light and delicious. If you are in the area, this is a nice place to check out.

The restaurant was a vibe, perfect date spot for drinks and small plates. The atmosphere is very cool and well thought out. Drinks were really good, light and fresh. Went before a show at the Faena theater.

Very good and beautifully prepared food and a wonderful ambience. But $33 for a gin and tonic is excessive and without warning. Truffle fries are also not ok for 13 year olds when asked about fries. Therefore, discount on service.

The food is wonderful ! The rest is a mixed bag. As others have already reviewed; it's tapas with a gastronomy tilt. Firstly, is the menu....which has spartan, incomplete and/or misleading descriptions. One example is the "Hammock Greens" salad. To most diners, a description that includes "Artisan Sourdough Bread" would indicate bread? But, what actually arrives is a salad with Artisan bread crumbs? This is a pattern with their menu and you must quiz your server extensively to get the whole story about the dishes. Then there's the food arrival spacing. When seated our server let us know that "Food Arrives When It's Ready". It’s a way for kitchens with limited resources to make sure they don’t get too slammed. Ok, got it. But here's the thing....they have a lasagna on the menu that takes 25-30 minutes to prepare. If you're eating with a group of people and you order the lasagna; everyone else will have finished their meals and moved onto dessert before you even get a fork-full? As a final reminder...these are tapas portions but with full entree prices. So if you're used to pushing back from the table with a full belly; be prepared for a sizable bill.
Parking: There's a lot across the street....but it's always full.

Terrible experience!
From the moment we sat down, they forgot one of our appetizers, we kept asking for it around 3 times and they never brought it. They kept coming with other dishes by mistake, after we finished our appetizers they didn’t clear our dishes until we asked.
They took too long to take our main dish order, AND to top it off, the server who wasn’t doing a good job already spilled an orange spicy sauce all over my brother’s white shirt and sweater.
After all of this, the server offered to take care of our dessert that was less than 15$ :( We got into a discussion with their manager who was not apologetic and instead kept assuring how those things can happen and that we’re all human. Which is all true, but it doesn’t deny the fact that they messed up and should have offered to pay for my brother’s laundry service at the very least. Simply not a good customer service. Would not recommend.
