Solid 4 star. Yes it felt like a tourist trap however it's a tourist trap with great food! Very expensive and 20%tip is automatically added and we were promoted to tip on top of it. The food was delicious!

Highly recommend! Ramel gave us the best service we've ever experienced. Get the surf and turf!

I was under the impression that all the locations had live entertainment, this particular location was very small and busy and did not. There is only 2 restroom (1 male & 1 female), they really needed tending to, quite dirty.

This place was mediocre. Felt like a Cuban version of Chilis. The appetizer sampler was not very good. The special chicken was solid though.

The service was generally good, except for an unfortunate incident at the end. They added an item to the menu that we hadn’t ordered.

They charge a service charge but then ask for tips. The bill came to around $63, not including tax and service charge, plus tips for the mediocre food. Total $90??
The music was too loud, making it impossible to have a conversation.

The only redeeming qualities were the attractive ambiance and convenient location. However, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

The service is charming, the girl who helped me was very nice and friendly, always super attentive. The food was very delicious, I felt it was slightly “commercial” but it is understandable since it is an increasingly bigger business and it was still quite good and abundant. I ordered Cuban sandwich from the spice menu.

Amazing Cuban food, service and atmosphere. Come here form some of the best Cuban food in town and great service from Frank and the rest of the crew. The coconut mojitos were to die for too!

Both strawberry mojito and passionfruit mojito were great! I’d also suggest ceviche. Service was soooo nice. Very friendly people.
