Never received my order, I had to wait one hour for my food out there, they say the location closes at 2:00AM, it was 12:30 when I placed the order, I tried to call all the phone numbers I found and no one could help me, one of them was even thinking this is fun and hanging up in my face many times without even try to help, I recommend to all of you to stay away from this location and everything related to it. Even if they made me a refund, no one will save me the time spent to wait and the mental health spent arguing with the people at the phone!

Not sure why they have such a low rating I ordered from here via Uber and my mind is blown the shawarma (lamb) is to die for the sauces and the Baba ghanoush are amazing will DEFINITELY eat again

I ordered via Uber Eats. Got to the door that gives the number to call to pickup your order. The person picks up the phone, I spoke for 15 seconds and they told me they don’t speak English, end hung up the phone. I was not able to pickup my order and was not refunded my money. I will never order from them again!!!!

BEWARE. Ordered delivery. Very low amount of food for price paid and compared to other middle eastern places in Miami Beach, everything arrived cold after one hour of order and late by 20 minutes (it takes 7 minutes to drive to the place ordered).
Disgrace. I love middle eastern food but such places crate bad reputation for all other places.

I’ve tried a few stuff, falafel and kebeh are great, labneh and tabouleh too, hummus is so so. The system of picking up is not the best but whoever answers the phone should not work in customer serves!

Down in Miami with the family getting ready for a 7 day Caribbean cruise. Decided to user Uber Eats to have food delivered. The restaurant is Hayati Mediterranean Cuisine. The delivery guy showed up with a bag marked 2/2. I asked shouldn't there be more than this? He didn't understand english and rode off on his motorcycle. I called the restaurant once I got back to the room because only a third of the order was delivered. The number isn't a working number. I then called Uber Eats who after 34 minutes said they would only issue a partial refund. I threw the now cold sandwiches that did make it away. I then went to my paypal account to dispute the charge, low and behold, paypal and uber are in business together so the charge cannot be disputed. Everyone be aware when you use companies to see all their affiliates. Totally disappointed and definately scammed.

A disaster. I ordered and they delivered the order incorrectly, in the middle of the rain I had to return to have it reviewed and they argued to my face that they had delivered it correctly. I'm not coming back and I want the tip refound.

Beware! Ordered two gyros and seasoned fries via Uber Eats with the bestie. They arrived cold and with very little meat in them. The scarce, wafer thin slices of lamb on the pita were charred and tough making them inedible. The seasoned fries were also cold. Not sure why the food temperature was off since the delivery person arrived shortly after picking up our food (per the app). First and last order.

Chicken super dry, humous is way too sour, the sauce for the shawarma was pretty bad.Not to mention that they said 13-18 minutes and we actually got the food in 30 min.
