“We’re from Montreal—one of the coffee capitals of the world—so we know our coffee. And every time we visit plnthouse, it exceeds our expectations. The coffee is perfect, the quality is consistently top-notch, and the food is fantastic (gluten-free waffles—yes, please!). The ocean view is stunning, and the whole experience is always wonderful.

What truly makes plnthouse special, though, is the staff. Yadina, Francesca, Valentina, and Emma are warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Their energy makes you feel at home. Every time we fly in from cold, rainy Montreal, our first stop is here, to relax, breathe in the ocean breeze, and reconnect with these incredible ladies.

I’m honestly surprised the overall rating isn’t higher. Yes, the 21% service charge is steep, but that’s standard across Miami, especially in high-end hotels. And yes, prices are high, but this is 1 Hotel on South Beach, so that should be expected. You’re paying for the whole experience: the view, the ambiance, the quality, and the service. And in our experience, it’s worth it every time.
