“My first time going to carrot express I obviously had to get the CARROT waffle!! The waffle was so good and visually pleasing, love that it’s gluten free and overall just very delicious, the lady at the front recommended it so I had to try it! Great people, Great service!!“

“Great food , good time. Out of Japan was great. Gotta request to add some heat to the dish. Add some peanuts and voila! A " *amn that's a good dish". I'm impressed, full flavor. I hope it is as full flavor box as this trip. Will be back. Eat with chopsticks makes it better for some reason.
Vegetarian options: Add all the toppings to make it the mostest.“

“Amazing spot but like with the rest of Miami, they seem to have 10 people doing nothing and incapable of making you a coffee or processing a payment without first conferring with their colleagues on each step of the way. Could we get AI in here to take half the burden away from them? Maybe add automated self-check out for cooler items?
Addendum: just went back today 11/28/25 and new person at the front desk named Jill who is very bright, cheery, business-like, quick, and customer oriented. She was great. She also gave me a number for my order so they brought to the table vs the last visit where they clearly hadn’t made my coffee until I asked 10 minutes later.“
