The definition of bad customer service. One server and several tables upset . Manager is the bar tender and he/she was absent
Service: 1
Not a good experience, I ordered a Rigatoni Bolognese, too much sauce and less mincemeat, no one came to takeoff the plates, I have to put it aside myself, we asked for water at the end as it was never served, we ordered a caramel tiramisu for dessert with not caramel at all. Everyone was busy watching the football championship. Worst season to come I think

I stayed at a hotel right nearby and went in for breakfast. The three of us ordered different foods, and I can not say enough great things about the facility or what they served us. When we walked in, we were greeted by a woman who should be teaching customer service. We ordered the egg sandwich served in a croissant, with a light sugar topping that was heavenly. We also had the breakfast parfait, which was amazing. Awesome meal.

I have ordered from here many times but today they totally flopped. I am majorly disappointed and upset. I saved myself from what could’ve been a health disaster. I have a gluten allergy and enjoy they have a gluten free option, however they neglected to accommodate my dish and it arrived with the regular pasta. Luckily I know the difference based on the look of it but otherwise I could’ve been incredibly ill. The worst part is I can’t even contact them
to get the order refunded or delivered correctly. There number is just a busy tone. This kind of negligence should not be appropriate and I understand accidents happen but allergies should be taken seriously and I do expect a resolution here.
Pasta was way overdone. Service was the worst I have experienced in years. The waiter was rude, inattentive and a horrible communicator. 20% service charge, NOT THE TIP, almost put me over the edge!
Best coffee in Miami Beach. To top it off, the service is phenomenal and Denis is so sweet.

I dined at this Italian restaurant on Alton Road and, honestly, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.
From the moment we arrived, the service was extremely slow. We had to ask multiple times for basic things like water, and even then it never seemed to arrive. My husband had to remind the staff repeatedly about our order because it felt like our table was constantly being forgotten.
We ordered lemonades, which turned out to be nothing more than sparkling water with lemon—completely different from what we expected. To make matters worse, some of our drinks didn’t arrive until after we had already finished dinner. It’s hard to enjoy a beverage when your entire meal is already over. The communication was poor, and no one seemed interested in resolving any of the issues we were experiencing.
The most frustrating part was that we had practically finished our meals and my daughter’s pizza still had not arrived. Imagine having a child sitting at the table waiting for her food while everyone else had already finished eating. As a mother, it was upsetting to watch her hungry and continue asking over and over for such a simple dish.
As for the food itself, the quality was far below expectations. The only exception was the mushroom truffle pizza, which was the only item we genuinely enjoyed. Everything else was mediocre or disappointing, especially considering the prices.
What bothered us most was not just the delay, but the lack of attention, organization, and concern for the customer experience. No one came over to properly apologize, no one offered a solution, and at no point did we feel that our table mattered.
We left the restaurant frustrated, disappointed, and feeling as though we had wasted our money. There are many excellent Italian restaurants in Miami that truly value their customers; unfortunately, this is not one of them.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so poor that I feel obligated to warn others. Between the extremely slow service, drinks arriving after the meal was finished, repeated requests for water, my daughter’s delayed pizza, and the disappointing food quality, this was a very frustrating experience from beginning to end.
I would not return, and I definitely would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Can I have some beverage with my ice please? I paid 10.95 for a detox juice. It was good, however the cup was filled with ice. The iced coffee was the same with the ice. Disappointed. Probably would not return next time I'm in Miami.

Lasagna was just a piece of boiled dough with parmesan on the top. Almost no meat, no sauce. Design of restaurant is good, but the food is very mass-market.
Love this place. Highly recommend for a more simple fresh more affordable Italian option. We came in happy hour, 5-7pm. Had some lovely cocktails and the best pizza. We will come again for sure.
