This hotel is beautiful. Very Clean. The staff at desk, reception, Bars and Coffee shop were extremely friendly. Food at Bar Collins was excellent. Loved their empanadas. The staff at our private party was excellent. Friendly positive attitudes. Spoke to one of the wait staff and she said she loved her job at Loews because the owners treated the employees well.
Thanks to the Lowes team who made our stay utmost comfortable. The entire team from the parking, concierge, front desk, dining.. everything was sooo good … Special thanks to Karla & Ashley at the front desk.
friendly staff great food! beautiful hotel, pool, gym. the bar atmosphere was very nice. beach in front of the hotel is beautiful. hotel is located in the heart of Miami. walking distance from many great restaurants and shops. Cant wait to go back!!
