Easily one of the worst dining experiences I've had. The food was average at best, especially considering the outrageous prices. What made it even worse was the arrogant, dismissive staff who acted like they were doing us a favor. Premium prices should come with premium service and food. This place delivered neither. Definitely not worth the money.

I had such an incredible experience and felt compelled to leave a review because the hospitality was truly exceptional.

Christy Amor Terez and Elisabet Jaksimovic made me feel so genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail created an atmosphere that felt warm, effortless, and memorable. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience, and it shows in everything they do.

I also want to recognize our wonderful servers, Dwi and Celine, who were both attentive, friendly, and made sure everything throughout our meal was perfect. Behind the bar, Mica and Jordan were equally fantastic and contributed to such an enjoyable experience with their positive energy and outstanding service.

It’s rare to encounter a team where every single person contributes to making guests feel so at home, but that’s exactly what happened here. Thank you all for creating such a memorable evening. I’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing food and even more amazing hospitality.

Although the food was good, I wouldn't go back. Our waitress never came by our table and checked on us, service was just okay. It was expensive and the ambience was not great.

Incredible atmosphere with amazing decor and live music when we went. The shareable meet platter tasted amazing. Waiter was very friendly.

As downsides, service was slow at points and the tartare was just not good (too much mustard on top.) Desserts were also not impressive.

Very pricey, but the experience felt overall worth it.

The restaurant will offer a choice to reserve a table inside the restaurant and when you arrive they will seat you outside and not honor the reservation. Food was just ok and service is very slow.

This was one of those dinners where the entire experience felt special from the moment we sat down.

The restaurant is absolutely stunning. The dining room feels like a tropical greenhouse, with towering palms, elegant red seating, soft lighting, and views of the pool creating a romantic atmosphere that’s hard to beat. As the sun set and the room transitioned into evening, the space became even more beautiful.

Service was polished and attentive throughout the night. The staff struck the perfect balance between being present when needed and allowing us to enjoy the evening without interruption.

The house bread was outstanding. Served warm with excellent olive oil and butter, it set the tone immediately. Sometimes the simplest things tell you a lot about a restaurant, and this was a great start.

Cocktails were creative and beautifully presented. The rose garnish on one drink was a particularly nice touch and fit perfectly with the upscale atmosphere.

For the main course, the grilled octopus was exceptional. Perfectly cooked, tender with just the right amount of char from the wood fire. The accompanying potatoes and sauces added flavor without taking attention away from the quality of the seafood itself. Every element on the plate felt deliberate and well executed.

The room itself deserves recognition. Between the lush greenery, elegant design, warm lighting, and open-air feel, it feels more like dining at a luxury resort than a traditional restaurant.

This isn’t the place you go for the biggest portions or the lowest prices. It’s the place you go when you want an experience. Beautiful setting, thoughtful presentation, excellent cocktails, quality ingredients, and a memorable atmosphere all come together exceptionally well.

One of the most beautiful restaurant dining rooms I’ve experienced in South Florida. A perfect spot for a date night, celebration, or simply an evening where the atmosphere is just as important as the food. Highly recommended.

The food was good, however we felt rushed. The waiter insisted to order everything apps & entrees at the same time. So when we were done with apps since we had ordered a mixed grill platter it was too much to eat and also the meat was overcooked and dry. So the apps were amazing but entree not too good.

The food was trying too hard, and the food was okay. The menu needed some better pairings. Dessert was delicious. The service was okay, but it felt mid.

Steak was fatty not marbled, desserts sweet but not tasty...domino potatoes slightly over cooked Great service but the $600 bill did not equate to a great meal for us

Amazing food, great entertainment, and outstanding service.

Every dish was absolutely delicious, showcasing the freshness and exceptional quality of the ingredients. You can truly taste the attention to detail in every bite.

The atmosphere is just as impressive and elegant, refined decoration, vibrant music, and the energy of the live show create a unique and unforgettable dining experience.
A special thank you to the bartenders who took care of me at the bar after the show; they were absolutely attentive & welcoming. The hospitality and professionalism at Faena Hotel is just another level.

Steve, was hands down the best waiter I’ve ever had. Incredibly polite and attentive throughout the entire experience.

On top of that, these were the best gnocchi I’ve ever tried.

If you visit, ask to be seated in Steve’s section (the tall Australian with blue eyes). He made an already amazing meal truly unforgettable
