I'm so disappointed. I first ordered from Lulubowls in January 2023. I ordered their chicken teriyaki bowl and it was fresh and delicious and spicy (because I added the kimchi). It was AMAZING. I ordered it 2 more times within the next few days / weeks.The last 2 times I ordered from them, including today, I noticed that they have really done away quality and freshness. The pineapple is frozen (and it has arrived in my deliveries that way) and defrosts into a pool of slush. The sweet potato noodles have become inedible, and the grilled vegetables are bland and mushy.The main problem with Lulubowls is the lack of consistency. It's so disappointing because the flavor of the chicken really is good...but I'm not about to pay $20 for a bowl of diced chicken surrounded by low-quality ingredients. Sorry!The only reason I gave them 2 stars and not 1 is because I really thought they had a good product the first couple times I ordered from them.

The 2 low reviews have no revelance to the quality of the food or the business itself. Obviously, they have issues with 3rd party delivery apps.I ordered the special 2 for 1 hot Hawaiian chicken bowls and was pleased with the food quality and packaging. Tasty with a hearty serving size to satisfy my hunger. I would recommend.

I just received a notification on my phone that LuluBowls is offering a Buy One, Get One deal today—so I ordered the food, only to get a notification 15 minutes later that the order could not be completed, with no explanation lol. When I finally managed to get in touch with someone from LuluBowls, they said the store was closed. In the middle of a Saturday. Literally nothing about this makes sense. What are you guys doing?
