Aspen was so nice to me and my son. She was patient and helped him make his order.
It is a nice change from the normal service that most South Beach restaurants offer. I want more people like Aspen everywhere I go. McDonald's would be best to acknowledge the good people that work hard to make the experience better. - - side note I dislike the touchscreen, it makes the restaurant experience feel like a trip to the DMV. Humans buy your food, not clicks and touchscreens.

If you like McDonald's then you'll like the food here, no problem with that. Service is terrible and toilets often out of order. When you select to eat 'here' and not 'to go' you're asked to type the number of your table and you still have to wait at the counter, there is no table service even though you're eating in.
Just ordered via Uber eats. What a disgrace. Order was delayed so long and food was frozen when received. Couldn’t cancel. Won’t be using Uber Eats or McDonalds again.

They absolutely refuse to take my order at the counter and demand that I use the screen to order when I don’t want to order that way and touch the screen. Nobody will take my order at the physical register. It’s extremely lazy and against the store policy.
