We are staying at the Fontainebleu and were excited to visit Mirabella as the head chef has earned Michelin stars in the past. The food did not disappoint. I had an incredible Osso buco that was one of the best dishes I've ever had and a truly excellent Caesar salad. I thought the food prices were fair for a high-end restaurant at a hotel. The wine list was extensive and served by a sommelier but I thought were quite expensive even by hotel restaurant standards. The least expensive bottle on the menu was $70 and most were upwards of $200. We found a sicilian chardonnay for $140 that was a reasonable compromise. The service was impeccable as well. The only negative was that our food was slow to be served during a time that was not super busy. Overall, would give 4.8/5 stars if it was possible.

Not sure where to begin and if i could give more than 5 stars i would! What an amazing experience. I had the pleasure of enjoying this place from hundreds of miles away and also in the restaurant itself! Robert, the general manager personally reached out to me to ensure everything about the evening was perfect! I had family members vacationing in the area but i was back in the north east at home. I went on open table looking for a unique place and i absolutely found it! Within the app was a dining experience! It was exactly what i was looking for! I reached out on the phone and after speaking to the lovely woman at the restaurant she informed me the manager would be calling back and he did within minutes. He ensured i could settle my bill for them over the phone and made the surprise absolutely perfect! Some of the best service, attention to detail and follow up! It blew me away and was more than i expected! The meal itself was amazing! My family members raved about the amazing scene, the delicious food, quality service! They said the food was amazing and the server was so attentive and made the night truly so special! They even brought a special complimentary dessert to a family member celebrating a huge personal milestone! If you are in the Miami area its a must do! I will absolutely be visiting when we vacation to the miami area! A huge thank you to the entire Mirabella staff for a truly amazing evening and experience from beginning to end!

Todo muy bien, pero había reservado para 14 personas la CENA DE THANKSGIVING y al llegar la misma se había acabado. Tuvimos que reemplazar con platos de la carta y nunca comimos pavo. Por lo demás todo excelente.

Love this place. Our waiter Facundo was great and the GM Robert is the absolute best - always a great experience and every dish was super flavorful. Will always make a stop here when in the area. 10/10 highly recommend.

Fine dining in Miami is very expensive. Most of the time outstanding! Mirabella is a beautiful restaurant, service was good. Food just meh. Nothing special.

Excellent dining experience! Our waiter Vivi was attentive and explained the different homemade pastas. The sommelier Gil was charming and very professional. The Octopus appetizer, Lobster Fra Diablo, and Osso Bucco were all outstanding. Pistachio gelato with olive oil? Unbelievably decadent. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our dinner at Mirabella while staying at Fontainebleau Miami. Wonderful Italian seafood menu, and great ambience. This was our 2nd visit during the stay and both times we loved our meals and drinks. I'm fairly picky with my food and drinks and the menu was very well done and our food were fresh and very tasty. Huge thanks to our superb hosts Barbara and Leti who took amzing care of us from the lounge to our dinner to make our experience extra super special! Hope to see them again on my next trip to Mirabella. Muchas Gracias! Hank

We were looking for a quiet romantic dinner. The table was fine except for a noisy group next to us. The service was very efficient and timely.

From the service to the food, everything was exceptional! The pasta is made fresh in house and was so good and cooked perfectly. Our waiter was so nice and attentive. He went above and beyond .

Tuna tartare, branzino and even the caesar salad among the best. Mango gelato was a delight. Relatively quiet room was a plus.

Drinks were amazing, food was fantastic. Limited choices to accommodate GF and DF dietary restrictions, there is a penne pasta option but most importantly the staff went out of their way to work with us!!!

Always great food and great service. I particular like the “Sunday Gravy” prix fixe approach to the classic Italian Sunday dinner that I grew up with. Available only on Sunday at Mirabella. The other days have a typical Italian coastal menu.

OMG! We have been to Mirabella many times in the past since the Fontainebleau hotel is one of our favorite places to visit every year. This time we had two of our very favorite appetizers ever. The Hamachi Crudo with its amazing citrus sauce, and what really made it special was the touch of a Prosciutto on top. Next was the spectacular burrata and lobster. Creamiest  burrata we've ever had and the lobster morsels were absolutely delicious. Besides that the staff was so kind and accommodating. Can't say enough good things about this restaurant. Will definitely be back!
