Fantastic experience and Mr Chow in Miami! The service was outstanding. Special thanks to our head wait staff, Maja, she took the time to explain the menu, made excellent recommendations, and made sure our evening was exceptional. The food was delicious - highly recommend the Mr Chows noodles. We'll be back for sure!!

If you haven't been to Mr Chow in a while, now's the time. First and foremost, the service was incredible. The staff sees things from a mile away and I would even go so far as to say they foresee your needs as the thought crosses your mind. Our server, Jeffrey, was fantastic. Normally I order exactly what I want but he guided our table of 4 to order specific to our tastes and quantity. One of our guests was also a bit rowdy and he navigated that perfectly, tuning and honing in his energy. At one point, the chef came out and did a special noodle presentation - that was interesting! Food was reliably good as always. Drinks - OMG get the lychee martini. I would normally not order that but it was crisp and smooth. Trust me. The interior is beautiful as it has been for years, complete with fragrant lilies. I absolutely loved it, especially for under $200 per person including tip (we had a full 2 course shared meal (and we were stuffed so had to take a lot home) and 2 drinks each). After dinner, head to the W bar for more lychee martinis. It's a perfect evening! Go go go!

When we arrived we were seated at the back of the restaurant, took a long time to get a cocktail order in, theyAny second rounds never came, we had a bunch of leftovers and when we arrived home we realized we were given someone else's food. Very disappointing

Todays Mr Chow is not what it used to be! Bad food, overpriced. Everything became too commercial and service just not personal enough , the minute you sit down the staff are trying to sell you the whole menu ! Actually , family and I decided not to go back again !

Quality of food not good. Not authentic Chinese. Can't even begin to describe the ‘satay' chicken...definitely not peanut based sauce, more like a mayonnaise. Noodles with pork were tasteless as was the duck. Felt railroaded into our food choices off a plastic menu. Did not enjoy the experience at all and felt royally ripped off as food was so expensive. Wished I'd read reviews beforehand. One of the worst meals I've ever had, such a shame.

Highly recommend to seat outside on a nice breezy evening. Food was ok. The duck was barely warm and flavorless.

We were finally able to make the drive to Miami to Mr. Chow. We were blown away by the friendly staff in crisp white uniforms, from the hostess to the manager, the wait staff, and even the bartenders. Everybody was super friendly and happily welcomed us as we were shown to our table. We started with glazed shrimp. My favorite. The jumbo shrimp were lightly battered, deep fried, and coated in a pleasant citrus glaze. So delicious. We also shared some vegetable potstickers. My date's favorite. I would prefer the meat potstickers, but we chose the vegetables ones for my date. For the main course, I ordered the steamed sole in white wine sauce. The fish was so delicate it smelt in my mouth. My date had the Ma Mignon. He said the beef was super tender and cooked to perfect temperature. We finished our meal with coffee and shared a slice of chocolate mouse cake. This chocolate cake has a slight hint of almond essence (?), so heavenly delicious.

Mr Chows in miami is terrible to get straight to the point. The crispy beef had no beef and tasted bad. The duck was completely dry. The prices are through the roof. But to be fair they had some good white rice. The attention and service was fantastic, unfortunately the food should have been put in my dogs bowl. I’m not actually sure if solider ( my dog) would finish it or even go back for a second bite, but at least he would try it.

La comida deliciosa, la atención espectacular, el local muy bonito, todo magnífico. Lo que sí podrían variar es que lo que queda del pato lo traigan en un tienpo adicional como por ejemplo picado con lechuga entera

We celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary at Mr.Chow and it was a great night. The service was on point and the food was delicious. They were so sweet to give us a surprise anniversary dessert that was just perfect ending for a great evening. We will definitely come back.

I don't know why this place has such a low rating, it's really not accurate. Ate there last night and everything was delicious, especially the soup dumplings and Beijing chicken - yum!!

Waiting staff very attentive and polite when we entered. Venue felt upmarket. Then it went downhill, we were given menus printed on paper and then coated in acetate. The music was loud and featured Europop deom the 90's. Not a great start. We ordered champagne and some wine. We opted for the set price promo menu. Starter was probably the worst Satay Chicken we've ever eaten. Small pieces of chicken, coated in an orange crumb, then a small amount of creamy sauce, that had no satay flavour, or any flavour. The pork dumplings were also lacking flavour and were not special. The Spicy beef main course, was spicy and flavoursome, sadly the beef was sliced so thin it had no texture and definitely did not taste of beef. We choose not to eat it. Management removed fhe food bill and offered us some wine. Unfortunately our whole night was ruined as we were celebrating a special birthday and we're left with a bill of $140 for the drinks and we're still hungry. I can see why so many others on TripAdvisor and other platforms have rated this place so low. Such a shame as we had high hopes having heard about great experiences at the other locations in New York and London.
