A great spot for quality sushi / sashimi in South Beach. It’s in the Plymouth Hotel but without a hotel sterile feel to it. There is indoor and outdoor seating just off the hotel pool. A great sushi bar if eating solo.
The sushi was all delicious - the salmon was ridiculously tasty. The wakame (seaweed) salad was best I’ve had in a long time. They also serve draft Kirin beer.

Blue ribbon is my favorite restaurant in Miami Beach. The food is amazing but the staff and atmosphere is really what makes it. We love sitting at the bar, the hosting staff lead by Rachael are always so welcoming as well as the bar staff that give excellent service, Alejandro is especially amazing but everyone there is the best!
My sister and I stumbled upon this location and the way back to our hotel.
The food was pretty good we shared a sushi sashimi platter some of the fish just melts into every bite. The gyoza was also really good. We ordered the virgin piña coladas they could be blended with more ice but they are delicious.
I failed to get our servers name but she was very nice and attentive. Along with some of the other servers who took our plates or brought our food.
