I've been to the W several times but this was the first for an event.Every staff member in this location is accommodating, professional, and friendly.Very beautiful location, the rooms are great and the property itself is amazing. If you haven't been and want a getaway in Miami, I highly recommend it.

We were here after the Longines global champions tour. That's why we didn't reserve a table in advance. We were quickly seated at the table.A very decent institution for the quality of food and waiter service. The hostesses leave much to be desired (The quality of food and drinks is excellent. Our dog was kindly immediately offered a bowl of water. And in general, the waiters were very nice and helpful.

Our family of 4 with kids under 10 came here a couple of times for dinner since the food and service was outstanding. The staff made accommodations for kids and made us feel so welcomed. We savoured every bite and the atmosphere was a solid 5

Just misses the mark of a top restaurant. The service was just fair, the prime waiter not checking in often enough. we had to ask for water refills and coffee refills. The Valentine's Day dinner promised to be special. It was not. Only a special dessert and a glass of bubbly were added to the menu. The main courses of braised beef and pork osso bucco were tasty, but not too out of the ordinary. Why does a restaurant in a hotel add a resort fee to the meal pricing, when no other restaurant we ate in during the week charges it on meals, even though they all were in hotels. ? Resort fees should be charged only to the guests staying at the hotel on their room bill only.

This place is expensive- but the food is worth it. Every breakfast item we had was REALLY good - afterwards we laid out by the pool & the service to our chairs was incredible. All the wait staff was really lovely. If you’re looking to splurge a bit on great brunch food & amazing vibes - this place is

Wonderful service and delicious menu selections. We had our two grandsons with us and they were very accommodating with the little ones. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and helped with our selections. We had a great experience!

This is for dinner service at RWSB. Disgusting is the only word I have for it. $83 for 2 small plates of inedible pasta. Had the rigatoni with bolognese and the linguine with clams. I actually don't even know how you can make pasta this bad. Dried noodles and prego would far exceed the quality of what we were served. No flavor. Bolognese was like cat food. A rip off.

The food is excellent. My wife and I were enamored with the outdoor view and feel of the location. The ambiance is fantastic, and the staff are constantly checking on you. We felt the staff were only there for us, but we knew that wasn't the case. We wish we could have this atmosphere at every restaurant we attend. We highly recommend this location and plan to tell all our friends.

We stayed at the Marriott W South Beach, which was excellent, and decided one night to eat at the restaurant in the hotel, The Restaurant at W South Beach. We did not have high expectations due to past experiences with restaurants in hotels, but we were very wrong about this one. What a diamond in the rough! The manager of this restaurant is Jonathan, and whatever he is doing to run this place simply produces nothing but a magical taste bud journey for your mouth with a service experience that is second to none. From our first meal to our last (We went almost every day) the experience got better and better. His chef produced five-star quality cuisine that made you crave more. On one night I had the lamb chops……..they were the best lamb chops I had ever had, no exaggeration. Jonathan and his staff’s (props again to the chef for some of the best food we have ever tasted) sense of commitment to their customers left a lasting positive impression on us. This high praise we give does not truly do them justice. I would like to thank them all again for giving us an experience of excellence to remember for the service to the taste buds. I wish I had pictures but the food did not last long enough....sorry.
