Nespresso is a quality product we will be buying frequently so it was very good that she showed me how to clean my machine and educated me on the numerous product offerings from coffee, lattes, or espresso style drinks. The best coffee all around but a special thank you to Rafael who always helps me and recommends the best machines, taught me how to maintain my machine, recommends the best pods and always provides exceptional costumer service when I come in.
