Perfect service and delicious food. Cocktails are also great. If we compare it to Istanbul Nobu, I can say that this place was more affordable. The only thing I can criticize is the distance between the tables.

We arrived to find that expedia had canceled our reservation for our long awaited bachelotette trip. The manager, Chamise stepped in and was very understanding and accomodating. She made sure that our group of 12 was accomodated with rooms and continued to work on the issue to get us in the designsted rooms for the bride and guests. The extra assistance provided allowed us to continue our vacation seamlessly. Definitely recommend Nobu Miami Hotel!

Dined here with a group of 5. Besides the food being delicious, what made our experience amazing was our server Lizz. She had amazing food and drink knowledge and did not let us down with her suggestions. Calvin was also incredible and made it a night to remember: Thank you to the both of them and Nobu Miami!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach. Immaculate room, stunning view, beautiful beach club & attentive & friendly service. I arrived 8 hours earlier than anticipated, & was exhausted from my flight. The front desk staff immediately offered a small upgrade that would get me into a room right away, and it worked out perfectly. The hotel bikes were so much fun. I biked over 50 miles in 3 days. I cannot wait to come back next year for my work convention!

I was really looking forward to dining at Nubu for my partner’s birthday, but unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. We noted it was a special occasion when booking, yet nothing was done to acknowledge it. On top of that, they got two of our drink orders wrong and the service was incredibly slow. To make matters worse, the washrooms were filthy, which added to the overall disappointment. For the amount of money we spent, we expected a far better experience. We left feeling frustrated and underwhelmed. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on our visit.
We were lured by the promises of Asian Latin fusion. Adding cilantro and avocado to an Asian dish does not make it fusion! Some of our dishes were a big miss! In particular the scallop and foie gras was over salty, the food was burnt to a black tasteless morsel, the scallop was gritty with sand. As well, the ceviche roll was bland, with the only happy surprise was the micro green cilantro. Service in general was good, but no floor manager in sight. Although we signaled the problems on the scallops, it was neither comped or replaced. In general, dishes were either too salty or too sweet, destroying the seemingly perfect ingredients used All in all not worth the Nobu badge and $150 pp cost.

It was fine. It was my sister’s birthday and they didn’t do anything for her and we put it on the reservation. I would have been happy to pay extra for something. It’s just lame you take someone somewhere for a birthday and they don’t acknowledge it. There’s an auto gratuity of 18% after taxes and a service fee and they pressure more for more tip at the end. The food is ok. It’s definitely not the service standard of Dubai or Toronto. Definitely overrated.

This Nobu was inside the Eden Roc Hotel, quick lunch was had in the bar area of the whole hotel, it’s very spacious and nice. The food was actually pretty good but nothing to get full off of. These tiny, tiny tacos were very yummy. Prices to be expected.
