Over rated. Food was good, however, it was not worth the price.

Service was not good. I can count on one hand the number of times that the server came by during our two hour dinner.

Drinks were left empty more often than not. One margarita took 45 minutes. My water glass was left empty for the last hour.

It is a tourist trap…

Our stay at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach was unfortunately extremely frustrating from the start.

We experienced a delayed check-in, and when we finally got to the room the crib we had requested was not there. We called the front desk and were told it was “on its way,” but it didn’t arrive for over an hour while our child — who wasn’t feeling well — desperately needed to nap. Had we been given honest timing, we could have planned accordingly, but the lack of transparency made an already stressful situation worse.

Communication throughout the stay was consistently inconsistent. We sent out our child’s sleep sack for cleaning after being told it would be returned around 2 PM, only to later be told by another staff member that it wouldn’t be back until 7 PM. Again, completely different information depending on who you spoke with.

To make matters worse, one of the managers we spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to find a solution, he dismissed our concerns and even attempted to tell me that I had been given the wrong information — essentially gaslighting the situation rather than helping resolve it.

The one bright spot of the entire stay was Salvador. He was incredibly kind, solution-oriented, and genuinely cared about improving our experience. He helped turn the remainder of our trip around, and honestly if it weren’t for him we likely would have checked out early.

Nobu is supposed to represent a high level of hospitality, but based on our experience there are clear gaps in communication, service, and management professionalism. Salvador is a shining example of what the hotel should strive to be — and staff like him deserve recognition and leadership roles.

Unfortunately, after this stay, we left disappointed. I’ve since spoken with several friends who have had similar experiences, which suggests these issues may be more systemic than isolated.

Nobu Miami Beach — do better.

For the wife’s birthday, i brought her and a group of friends here, and it was an awesome dining experience from start to finish. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were all top-tier.

Huge shoutout to Liz, our server, who made great recommendations, and Q, the host, for making sure our party of nine was taken care of the entire night. Everything ran smoothly, and we truly felt welcomed.

We had a great time and really appreciate the amazing hospitality. Highly recommend!

Eye wateringly expensive. A 5 piece tiradito for $36? A single bite small “taco” for $9, ONE OUNCE of a5 wagyu for $46?? A 6oz portion of fish for $56. The prices are absolutely ridiculous. We left completely hungry and unsatisfied and paid $230 for 2 people with a single drink. The decor feels dated and “themed”, like if an Asian restaurant on a cruise ship. Unless you want to pay $600+ for a meal and feel totally ripped off- stay completely away from this restaurant.

The ambiance and food were amazing. However we came to Nobu last night specifically for a birthday meal. They knew this as the host stand greeted us asking who the birthday girl was. I had been left a message from Nobu earlier that day saying they would provide a complimentary birthday desert for the birthday girl but this did not happen. Instead we were offered a dessert menu by the server and received a dessert with no birthday wish or candle and was billed for it. I was too embarassed to make a fuss ahout this in front of the birthday girl. In addition the server added a $37 roll to our bill which we never ordered. I'm glad I caught that. Not happy with these two things as I felt we were slighted by not getting the birthday dessert which was had been promised and then on top of that were charged for something we didn't order. Not good service. A disappointing experience.

We had the most perfect vacation at Nobu Miami Beach. The staff, rooms, beach, restaurants were all 10/10. Our kids had a great time & so did we.

Food was wonderful, restaurant music was far too loud and we ended up having to shout at each other to be heard!

Was very surprised how terrible our experience was last night. The food was meh. I just dined here in November and it was top tier. Ordered similar food including the yellowfin jalapeño, spicy cucumber salad(tasted like vinegar) Brussels sprouts (best thing all night), spicy edamame, rock shrimp (terrible- sent it back), beef tenderloin (tasted like lemon), and black cod (greasy- sent it back). We were sitting directly under a fan. We asked for it to be turned off and that never happened. We had to eat fast just to have warm food. We felt rushed also. My first experience in November we were well cared for and food was timed perfectly. I can honestly say I can't see going back, it was that bad. We left and had to go eat after spending way too much money.

Service is crappy and waiters are rude. Nobody would eat here if not for the big name behind it.

Great experience. Highly recommend. Small group (8 people) made it very personable. Service was impeccable. Thank you.

Food was excellent. Services was not to the standard we've become accustomed to at Nobu. Service was slow and lacked the usual high level for a Nobu. Also, there were only two washrooms for the whole restaurant. We both had to wait several minutes to use the restroom.
