⭐️⭐️ Food was great, but the service ruined the experience. We had a 10:00 PM reservation but weren't seated until after 11:00. Once seated, we ordered drinks right away and had to follow up multiple times — it took over 30 minutes just to get them. The food, as always, was excellent. But the service was frustrating from start to finish. After declining dessert, we were promptly asked to leave — while still sipping our drinks — because others were waiting on a table. That kind of pressure isn't what you expect when you're spending this kind of money. We've been loyal customers and have brought friends along for the experience more than a few times. Unfortunately, this is the second letdown in a row, and at this point, it's getting hard to justify asking friends to spend $1,000+ on a night out when Miami has so many other great options.

Food is really good, but the space is tiny, I was in a table for two that was so close to the next one that we had to move the tables for people to go in and out of the table. The place is very loud, for what you pay, the service is just ok. A lot of the place is about people who just wanna say they went there and wanna be seen there... it's more of a nightclub with food.

Overall great experience! The food was better than I imagined.. we had dinner, drinks, dancers, music, and a show! 10/10 will be back next time I come to Miami.

Only complaint is any reservations after 8:30 takes about another 30-45 to be seated. Besides that I love the food, the energy, and the ambiance 👍

I visited Papi Steak on Friday night with three of my girlfriends, and unfortunately, the experience was a major letdown. Despite arriving on time for our reservation, we waited over an hour for a table with no real explanation, just frustration. During the wait, we were offered what we were told were complimentary drinks, only to be charged for them later, which felt incredibly misleading. The hostess was visibly overwhelmed and borderline aggressive, likely from dealing with multiple complaints about the wait time. The space itself is small, cramped, and far too chaotic for what it's hyped up to be. Honestly, it felt like style over substance. The food was average at best, definitely not worth the price tag or the wait. The only redeeming factors were the dim, moody lighting and a solid DJ that kept the vibe alive. Overall, this spot is all flash and no follow-through. Wouldn't return.

Place is nice. Although it feels like you are doing a business deal. Servers know their business. Not a restaurant. Pure hype !!! Allways being offered the most expensive items on menu. ABSURDLY EXPENSIVE. !!!! Absurdly Expensive !!!!!

I utilized the Resy app to book a reservation at Papi Steak, the premier steakhouse in Miami, to commemorate my inaugural evening in the city with my fiancé. As parking in the vicinity is largely dependent on chance, I opted to utilize the valet service for $25. Following my preparation for the Miami ambiance, I was greeted by a door security guard who inquired about my reservation status, to which I replied affirmatively. Upon entering the establishment, I ascended a short flight of stairs and was greeted by a female host who requested my name and escorted me to my seat. The ambiance is characterized by a dark and sleek aesthetic, complemented by a tasteful arrangement of seating in the main dining area. Additionally, they have a separate back room, which I assume is designated for groups of five or more, and it appeared to be more vibrant than the main room, featuring a live DJ. Upon being seated, I was presented with a menu and drink menu. The prices are reasonable in light of the available options, and the drink menu and bottle service are somewhat fairly priced. Shortly thereafter, an exceptional server greeted my fiancé and me. Our server exemplified the epitome of service, and I regret not recalling his name, although he bears a resemblance to the main character from Sons of Anarchy, Jax Teller. He was exceedingly attentive, and I would rate his service and attention to detail as 10/10. We ordered two cocktails, which arrived in approximately seven minutes and were outstanding in terms of taste and presentation. We also ordered macaroni and cheese, creamed spinach, and a porterhouse steak cooked to medium rare for two. Honestly, Papi Steak serves the finest steak I have ever had the pleasure of consuming in my entire lifetime. The sides were satisfactory in terms of taste and presentation, but our server provided a detailed explanation of the steak, describing the various textures, which was both informative and helpful. We also ordered two different cocktails, which were good but not quite as exceptional as the first one. Overall, I would highly recommend Papi Steak to friends and family due to their outstanding steak and exceptional service provided by our server.

What a blast. We were so glad to witness 3 tables who ordered the steak in the gold box. So much fun and yummy food. Top notch! xx

Enjoyable meal with attentive service, and the meat quality is what would be expected of a high-end steakhouse.

Very good food and atmosphere but the reservations were for 10pm and we didn't get sat until 11pm. And this was after complaining, and trying to expedite things. The fellow parties around us had also been waiting for ages after their reserved time slots

The best celebration dinner ever. Everything was above and beyond. The service was what made our night so beyond memorable aside the food being 10/10. Drinks 10/10. Thank you so much Mikky for making our night so memorable
