⭐️⭐️ Food was great, but the service ruined the experience. We had a 10:00 PM reservation but weren't seated until after 11:00. Once seated, we ordered drinks right away and had to follow up multiple times — it took over 30 minutes just to get them. The food, as always, was excellent. I utilized the Resy app to book a reservation at Papi Steak, the premier steakhouse in Miami, to commemorate my inaugural evening in the city with my fiancé. As parking in the vicinity is largely dependent on chance, I opted to utilize the valet service for $25. Following my preparation for the Miami ambiance, I was greeted by a door security guard who inquired about my reservation status, to which I replied affirmatively. Very good food and atmosphere but the reservations were for 10pm and we didn't get sat until 11pm. And this was after complaining, and trying to expedite things. The fellow parties around us had also been waiting for ages after their reserved time slots
