They do something weird with the water charges. We barely drank water and they charged us for 3 large bottles and we never physically saw the bottles of water

We made a reservation, but didn't get sat until 45 minutes after our reservation time even though we were on time. Once we got to the table, we had to constantly flag her down and even get up from our seat and tap her to ask for a menu, order, etc. our server was very inattentive. The food was average. I wouldn't say it's the best. You're going there more for the experience and vibe which is amazing!

I was excited to celebrate my boyfriend ‘s birthday dinner at Queen. Beautiful venue. The decor and ambiance were impressive, but the service were subpar. Our server FELIPE wasn't even paying attention to us we have to flag him down for his attention.. Couldn't even get a chance to order more drinks . The worst part they put us in the back on the second floor Every time there was an empty table on the front when we asked to move they ignored us like we didn't even exist. When the dessert come out didn't even bring no candles or even a sign that say happy birthday.. Not even the food runner said happy birthday. Overall, it was not a pleasant birthday experience. After all the chaos we went downstairs sit at the bar to enjoy the rest of the night... The vibe were immaculate. Luckily the bartender saved the night don't remember his name of that on my head..

This was our 5th to Queen. We used to live this place but this last visit changed our minds. Coming on a low season, there was none of the usual center stage performances. They did add to the drama of going there and not having them dampened the experience. The food quality went down significantly from amazing to lackluster and downright unpalatable (e.g, the duck confit was just bad and too salty). We left discouraged. And the $44 tuna roll with caviar on top was just not worth the insane price.

We were greeted at the door with genuine smiles, and when my sister and I mentioned we were a bit chilly, our server noticed and returned with soft pashminas—wrapping them around our shoulders. It was such a thoughtful and elegant gesture that set the tone for the evening. Our server, Charles, and the sommelier, Nicholas, were both exceptional. Attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, they elevated the entire dining experience. We dined from the Miami Spice menu, which offered a great variety, and the quality of the food and wine exceeded expectations. The restaurant was bustling and vibrant, filled with guests clearly enjoying themselves. It had an upbeat, fun atmosphere without feeling chaotic. If you're looking for a lively evening with good food and excellent service, Queen is absolutely worth a visit!

We had an amazing time! It’s a beautiful space, the food was delicious. Very flavorful, and everything we had was good. Miami Spice- salmon maki, bacon, steak, mushroom risotto, roasted potatoes, mango pavlova dessert and vanilla mocha ice cream. Rachel was our waitress, was extremely nice, Catering, and made good recommendations. Drinks were great as well. Highly recommend.
