We made a reservation, but didn't get sat until 45 minutes after our reservation time even though we were on time. Once we got to the table, we had to constantly flag her down and even get up from our seat and tap her to ask for a menu, order, etc. our server was very inattentive. The food was average. I wouldn't say it's the best. You're going there more for the experience and vibe which is amazing!

I was excited to celebrate my boyfriend ‘s birthday dinner at Queen. Beautiful venue. The decor and ambiance were impressive, but the service were subpar. Our server FELIPE wasn't even paying attention to us we have to flag him down for his attention.. Couldn't even get a chance to order more drinks .
