The Spicy Miso Pork Ramen was bold, balanced, and packed with flavor the broth was rich, the noodles springy, and that hanjuku egg hit all the right notes. My order came hot, fresh, and impressively fast Uber Eats shows they take delivery quality seriously.
Ichimi offers tons of variety whether you’re craving a hearty meat bowl or something veggie-forward, they’ve got options. The only time I ran into an issue was hearing about an odd stray hair (and who knows, maybe it’s a one-off) but honestly, my experiences have been nothing but top-tier.
If you’re looking for reliable, delicious ramen in Midtown Miami, Ichimi is a go to. Definitely worth a stop (or quick delivery fix).“

“This spot is a must visit if you're looking for authentic ramen. The broth is incredible with rich and deep flavors that makes it balanced. Pork was tender and full of flavor. It works so well with the broth and as the noodles sit in the broth, it just abosrbs the broth like a sponge, each bite being more and more flavorful.

The staff was extremely friendly and nice, although they had a long line, they were efficient and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for it to come out!“

“Amazing service and great food! Came here for the first time and thought I ordered a small tea, which they then delivered. They rushed over soon and told me I had paid for a regular size. I told them it was fine and I would keep the small, but they brought over the next drink anyway! My friends took my extra tea and we all had a wonderful meal. Food was super fast and well cooked. Wonderful staff. Come in, especially late at night!“

“Absolutely incredible—I don’t even know where to start! I came in Friday for lunch with two colleagues, and we were all blown away. The service, the food, and even the prices are unmatched—almost too good to be true.
I ordered the Black Tonkatsu, which was marvelous. The egg was perfectly soft and yolky, just how I love it. I also tried the gyoza (good, though nothing special), but the spicy mayo onigiri was remarkable. One bite and I felt transported back to a chilly Friday night in a little alleyway in Japan—pure nostalgia. This food is authentic, and it shows.
They even offer shaved ice! Sadly, I didn’t have the space (or time) to try it this visit, but there will definitely be a next time, and I’ll be saving room.
The vibe and aesthetic of the restaurant are small, cozy, and authentically Japanese. Service was just as outstanding—Marco was fantastic and made the experience even better.
