Sandwich Qbano Miami

Más de 4 veces he ordenado en línea y todas esas veces más de 2 horas para que me llegue. La solución que me dan es hacer el pedido en línea y llamar y avisarles que les pedí comida porque la tablet nunca les funciona, no envían la salsa! Todo mal que tristeza. NO PIDAN ONLINE

I had a disappointing experience at sandwich Qbano. I waited for over an hour for my food to arrive, which is unacceptable. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, so there was no clear reason for the delay. When the food finally came, it was just okay—not worth the long wait. The staff didn't offer any explanation or apology for the slow service, which added to my frustration. Overall, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth, they took 1 hour just for 3 sandwiches, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Super bad service. It took more than 30 minutes to deliver an order. 4 people inside and no one did anything. When I ask about my order, no one answers anything and they ignored me. Too bad qbano sandwhich was super different

I have been a regular at Qbano restaurant and have always enjoyed their delicious food. However, my recent visit was disappointing due to the service I received.

I was seated outside with my dog, savoring the food I love. When my order was brought out, I asked Sofia, the server, for my drinks. To my surprise, she informed me that I had to go inside to get them myself. This was inconvenient and frustrating, especially since I was dining alone and had to leave my table and food unattended.

While the food at Qbano is consistently excellent, the service during this visit left much to be desired. I hope they can address this issue to ensure a better experience for all customers in the future.

Excellent flavor identical to Colombian sandwiches! Very good customer service. Unfortunately I give 1 star for the atmosphere because the staff at the place (Truck) in front are too boisterous, they shout all the time and it gets annoying while trying to have a good time enjoying a Qbano sandwich.
