terrible room 107. Everything is old and dirty. bad smell. patio has not been cleared. the air conditioner is very loud. the ceiling is leaking.

It's Cold as hell,their is no kitchen there is electric plug in eyes,it's small, and it has a annoying smell the sink keeps leaking it wasn't worth $448 at all smh

The accommodation is correct and cheaper than the neighborhood. I found a pole and some curtains in the bathroom and I did not know what we're the purpose them. The apartment renovation is needed.

Excellent location, you don't need a car when you stay here, the beach, ocean drive, Collins, Lincoln Mall are all a short walk away. If you rent a scooter it's all a breeze to get to, literally.
