So, Sunday morning, 7:15 am and line to the door. It took every bit of 15 minutes to make it to the counter with 4 employees working but Jeannine was outstanding. The name Jeannine and the Hebrew Jane, meaning “God is gracious”. She absolutely was gracious. Made me forget about the long wait and brought a smile to my face. Well done Starbucks. Great employees should always be recognized.
Cashier need to listen better , and have better attitude , I don’t know if I got the energy cause I was the only black guy there , or that just how he is. I told him my name 2 times and still called me

No blonde roast in the mornings and they “don’t do pour overs here”. Also, small irritant but instead of turning around and filling the cup with coffee (I only ordered a black coffee), the cashier used that time to write my name, and write “Pike” and cross out all the boxes on the cup, which took more time than just pouring the darn coffee and handing it to me, which is what all other Sbux do.
