The staff and management and STK are always amazing. The steaks and seafood are always incredible. In the last year or so they've completely changed the lighting to much brighter lighting in the dining area (worse ambiance) and the sides to be honest are so oily and greasy it detracts from the overall dining experience. But again, the staff are amazing and the vibe is always fantastic!

Being a former New Yorker, don’t call this STK if you can’t adhere to the original restaurants standards. Walking in there were 2 big air purifiers trying to hide the dampness in the restaurant. The noise level from the machines were quite noticeable. Hubby’s steak and lobster Mac were over salted. I ordered a Caesar salad which only had the corners of each leaf which made it very difficult to eat. The ceviche was just lime and salmon. We usually avoid South beach like the plague… this was truly disappointing. The only positive was our waiter Guy. Which he looked disappointed in the tools given to try to do his job correctly. Money wasted.

I was surprised that the Happy Hour menu items were good portion and fulfilling. The food was tasty, but the main attraction were the strong drinks!! The only two cons were the very low dimmed lights (can barely see anything), and the very expensive valet parking.

I'm still reeling from my incredible experience at this restaurant. The entire team, from the hostess to the server, were absolutely phenomenal. I was particularly impressed by the chef, who clearly puts his heart and soul into every dish. The ambiance was also exceptional, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for making my experience in Miami so special. I'll be back soon!

Food was good but wildly overpriced for what you’re getting. The butter on your steak is an up charge and they don’t notify you. Our service was good, but my biggest gripe is the music being too loud to have conversation, and the atmosphere feels dingey and dated? To the point that I’d be terrified to see it with the lights on. Bench leather stained and weathered, seat cushions so worn it hurts your back trying to support your spine, the table finish peeling off and discoloring, ceiling looking patchy and wet. While they have a luxury price tag it doesn’t really give a luxury vibe.
We have been to STK in Miami several times in the last few years. We have had the pleasure of having Junior as our server each time. The steaks at STK are great, but the service is why we come back. Junior is the Michael Jordan of his trade.

Please stop banner planes ads for your restaurant over Miami Beach . It is a lot of noise and pollution for residents of the beach and really disturbing.
You do not need to pollute the sky to make money in a restaurant business. There are many ways to advertise and the best is just offer good product !
