Absolutely horrible. I would give a 0 if I could. Imagine working at subway and not knowing what a BLT is. Never come here unless you want pure frustration and disappointment while ordering. Worker also wouldn’t let me use my code.

If I could give this location -100 stars that still wouldn't be enough to represent the absolute horrific service I just experienced by two of the most rude, ignorant, and uneducated people I've ever experienced. I've been in the hospitality industry for 20 plus years and there's nothing worse than being served by somebody that has absolutely no business being anywhere near human beings. I can't comment on the food because it would be unfair to do so since I never even got my order as they refused to give me the sandwich they made and said they'd rather throw the sandwich away then give me the order that I placed. I wish I could include a picture on this review so everybody knows what ignorance looks like. If you're reading this and you're a visitor or even a local do yourself a favor go three blocks south to the other location and support a business that actually wants to succeed. even before the messed up in service the energy in the rude demeanor of these two women is tangible. I really do hope and pray that these women aren't the franchise owners if they are don't go to this place put them out of business if they aren't in the owners are reading this do yourself a favor clean house and start over.

We ordered two veggie patty footlongs and they were both great! Especially love the ghost pepper bread. Great spot.

Food itself was okay, even if there was a lack of selection. The service behind the counter was very unfriendly. In addition, she spoke very poor English. The place was extremely dirty, and despite the fact that there wasn't much going on, it wasn't tidied up or cleaned. The toilet was apparently broken too. Overall a disappointing visit and not recommended.

Please Hire somebody who knows English as well, we ordered a food which has no mayo, but she did put mayo in and we explained is no mayo in Recipe, during our explication how is shown on board the recipe she just left us and didn’t make another one how is supposed to be. The worse customer service.

I live and work here in South beach… Terrible customer service, they are rude and have no willingness to help you with your food, the place always smells and looks dirty, their AC doesn't work for the heat on the beach and super uncomfortable eating That's why it's always full of homeless people...
