Bad service, the employee and manager were angry at me for asking to change the sandwich as the bread wasn’t fresh at all compare to other subways we visited.

They don't answer their phones, I tried to report fraudulent orders to them before order was to be picked up and they never answer the phone!!!! I called 8 plus times!

The attention is so bad, they took really long to serve us. Is my second time here and they don’t have any cold drinks, no ice and even gave us an expired juice.

This subway was, for lack of a better word, kind of dingy. The subs weren't the best, the wait time (even for our mobile order) was too long, and they apparently don't follow the no-shirt no-shoes no-service rule that 99.9% of other restaurants do. Now there's is a time and a place where I want to see two large shirtless men, and that time and place is not Subway at 2:00pm. It's South Beach, I get it, but that still doesn't excuse allowing two guys to just order and then eat without shirts on. The employees were all pretty nice (hence the two stars) but that's about where it ends. This is my first time eating at a place that's under 2 stars, and I can see why.
