Terrible wilted food. Ewww. Yuck !!
There is no way to get ahold of a person on the phone! An order time needed to be changed and we couldn't tell anyone and by the time the chat bot figured out what we were trying to say it was too late. They made the food and left it just laying there for 3 HOURS!! Didn't say a word when we arrived at the restaurant. Completely unprofessional! Avoid at all costs!
Got violently ill the last 2 times my work paid for this pig slop. Nice that it comes with a side of boots to lick.

Based on the reviews, sweetgreen - Healthy Salads, Wraps, and Bowls offers an amazing and delicious experience with fresh stuff. The Harvest Bowl had a lot of salad but very few pieces of chicken, sweet potato, and half of a small hass avocado, making it feel like a very expensive salad. Tidiness has improved, but timeliness of orders has gotten worse, with some pick-up orders waiting up to 30 minutes past the ETA due to insufficient staff. The employees at this location are nice, happy to help, and do not seem bothered by customers. The staff is pleasant, and the place is off the beaten path, so it is never overcrowded. This Sweetgreen has always delivered excellent customer service and top notch salad quality, with Teresa taking care of everything with extra care, good vibe, and passion for work.
