I had the pleasure of experiencing Tambourine Room last night after its reopening, and it was even more extraordinary than before, if that is possible. The evening begins in the lounge with a thoughtfully crafted cocktail and an elegant amuse-bouche, setting the stage beautifully. Once seated, we enjoyed the seven-course tasting menu, each dish highlighting ingredient-driven, sustainable practices as explained by the chef with every course.
The flavors were remarkable....

Vladimir was the most attentive and charming server paired with the genius level food made the experience unforgettable. The pastry chef even sent us home with an additional cake to eat the next day.

This wonderful intimate Michelin experience exceeded our expectations. The quality of the food, exquisite presentation, and attention to detail created one of the best chefs tasting experiences we have had. Vladimir was an exceptional host and educated us through each course with passion and dedication to ensuring we had the best experience. He even adjusted the room temperature to ensure our comfort!
