I’ve been living in Miami for 2 and a half years and the Greystone Lobby Bar is my favorite spot on the beach. JJ, Brandon, and Danny provide exceptional service every time. One of the classiest bars in South Beach, the only place you will find live jazz and if not live the music is still great jazz. Not your typical Miami bar that’s blasts bad music so loud you can’t hear your party. You want a classy experience come here!

Wow! Every detail was throughly thought out in between everything from the Malin + Goetz toiletries to the Hotel Greystone branded beach towels. The staff members are attentive, thoughtful, and accommodating. Less than a 4 minute walk to the beach with beach chairs waiting for you. The food and drink is excellent. You will not regret booking this for your stay in Miami Beach. It is gorgeous!

The bartenders, Brandon and JJ, make it easy to spend time here. Super chill, nice guys that make excellent, well balanced drinks. The jazz duo of sax and piano was really dope. Loved hearing Autumn Leaves while sipping a seasonal cocktail.

Best service, there was only one bartender however he acknowledged us right away despite every seat at the best counter being occupied. He took our order and advised he had a big 10 drink order but will send our drinks asap. I ordered the novela it was delicious and poured to perfection! It is a cozy intimate bar.

We stayed 5 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We had terrible weather but, fortunately, the room was so lovely, we didn’t mind when we had to stop in. We stayed on the third floor, facing Collins Avenue, and had no issues with noise. Centrally placed with all main attractions within walking distance and several restaurants just a few metres away. Beach and pool were great (once it had stopped raining), with plenty of loungers. Friendly staff, spotless hotel - I could go on…

Great adults only hotel close to EVERYTHING. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was spotless and cleaned everyday if you want. They have Malin Goetz toiletries. The rooftop pool is clean with plenty of loungers and towels. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. My only gripe was the pillows were too soft for our liking (we ended up with stiff necks). It would be nice to have firmer pillow options upon request. I asked, they didn’t have but not a deal breaker. I will definitely be back when visiting Miami Beach again,

My wife and I, on our first visit to Miami from the UK, recently stayed at the Greystone Hotel. On our arrival we were greeted warmly by Emily, in fact every member of staff we met were so friendly, professional and helpful during our three night stay. The room was spotlessly clean, very modern and comfortable. The rooftop pool was just the perfect spot for some relaxation. Had a meal in the beautiful Sérêvène Restaurant, the food was delicious and once again the staff and service was excellent throughout!! The guys in the Jazz Bar were also so friendly and attentive. Thank you to everyone at the Greystone Hotel for our fantastic three night stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in a great location, only a short walk away from the Boardwalk and Miami Beach. We would love to return.
This is the cutest boutique hotel on Collins. Private, friendly staff, amazing restaurant and cafe. Very charming. Walk to everywhere. This is not a “scene” it’s quiet and located centrally. Usually stay at the Edition for 3 times the price. Would come back. Loved it

My stay at Hotel Greystone was amazing! It was great to visit Miami after 5yrs for my birthday celebration. If you are in search for a centralized location with great staff & hospitality this is the perfect Miami spot. There is numerus shops and restaurants walking distance and a rooftop pool with stunning views. It's a reminder of why Miami continues to be one of the most vibrant cities in the states. There is also a restaurant near the lobby area that has exquisite food options. I'm a picky eater and I was able to find delicious food options thanks to the great restaurant staff. Your stay can be a treat for a guest trying to get away from the chaos or someone that is looking for some fun Miami nights. Whatever mood you are interested in this location is a great option.

Wonderful stay. This was my second time staying here and I will now consider this hotel my number one place. Quiet rooms and hotel is immaculately clean. Jordan & Leah at the Front desk took great care of me. I will be back soon! This place does not get the crazy spring breakers which I loved. Perfect location on Collins. Above all of the chaos and safe.

When for a getaway/birthday and the hotel was great. Loved the style/decor. An adults only hotel with a rooftop pool, steps away from Miami Beach was exactly what we were looking for. Walkability was important for us and there's plenty to explore in the area.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Everyone from the front desk to the rooftop pool is so nice. There is much to do within walking distance. In the evenings we enjoyed entertainment at the bar and sitting outside! We stayed in the standard king room. It is clean and cozy. Beds are very comfortable as well! Not to mention it’s quiet! We also appreciate that it is “adults only” and one of the main reasons we return. Thank you to all the staff and front desk for your hard work. We look forward to returning before this year comes to end.
