Great dumplings and service!

Rogue Panda in Time Out Market Brooklyn is a bustling spot, especially on a Sunday afternoon around lunchtime! Be prepared for the crowds and a potential 20-30 minute wait, with lines forming at almost every stall (and even the restrooms!). While the egg fried rice with chicken I ordered was decent – served hot and a good portion – I've definitely had better. However, Rogue Panda is a solid option for a quick bite while showing friends around the city. Plus, you can't beat the incredible views from Time Out Market! My tip? Try visiting on a weekday for a more relaxed experience and to better enjoy the food and ambiance.

Clearly labeled vegan options, nice staff, and great tasting food. The vegan chicken (which uses tofu) is my favorite, but everything I've tried has been good.

I got the dumpling and it was not good. It is over priced due the market.

This areas gets very busy around lunch on a weekend. The food was excellent and there were great choices. It was very efficient and clean.

The Rogue Panda is on the Fifth floor, had great asian options, dumplings were good, but took too long even though place was not crowded.

The sign says that this is a fully plant based menu and yet they transitioned away from being plant based without updating the sign and so I just ate real orange chicken. I am very upset by this situation and though they apologized afterward, it happened. I would recommend everyone to be careful when ordering. I would truly give this experience 0 stars if I was able to.

Had the orange chicken and it literally tastes like they just poured orange juice over some fried chicken. It wasn’t busy at the time but the chicken was still cold, further making me suspect they just poured OJ over it. The price is also outlandish for a “food market”. Save your money and get Panda instead!

The vegan dumplings were delicious! The time out market is a bit overwhelming with the crowds and noise. However, it’s a great place to sample lots of options!

Located on the upper floor of the timeout market. I had the mapu tofu with rice which was yummy and satisfying (and spicy). Some of the dishes are not written on the menu board so check the online menu. Everything in the market is kinda pricey, this one wasn't the worst.

For those who want to try a different dish, I recommend the shiitake truffle fried rice.

Time Out Market was extremely crowded during the weekends. Tried The Rogue Panda on the 5th floor and the food was quite nice. Tried the dan dan noodles, mapo tofu, pork dumplings and shiitake truffle fried rice. The pork dumplings were excellent and I love the firm texture of the dan dan noodle.
