The Strand at Carillon Miami offers excellent service and ambiance. While the salmon poke was good but overpriced, the overall experience was positive. However, a birthday celebration was marred by a server's bad mood and inattentiveness, though the manager eventually rectified the issues. Despite some service hiccups, the beautiful view and tasty meal redeemed the visit. The restaurant is a great lunch spot with wonderful food, albeit at upscale prices. A server named James provided excellent service, and the outdoor dining experience was enhanced by the lovely weather. The mocktails at the bar were beautifully presented and delicious, making it a highly recommended spot for a resort day pass stay.
