Enjoyed a wonderful meal with friends at via Emilia. Food was exceptional ambiance and service were very good. Started with affecttati appetizer, mix of meats and cheeses as well as gnocchi frito. The gnocchi frito was light and airy and cheese selection was amazing, my husband and I then split ravioli stuffed with pear in light Gorgonzola sauce which was very good but not exceptional. Vía Emilia is a true gem — the food is exceptional and undeniably authentic Italian. You can taste the passion in every dish, with flavors that take you straight to Italy. The owners are always present, welcoming guests with warmth and genuine care. It’s rare to find a place where the quality is this consistent. Hands down, the best Italian food we’ve had in a long time. Real, heartfelt, unforgettable.
