“I was craving tacos but unwilling to pay 5 dollars per Taco. I took a chance on their classic soul hamburger meal and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The fries were stuck together, but the waiter was attentive and provided me everything I asked for. I asked for a side of jalapenos because I was craving something picante, she came back with the jalapenos and their spicy salsa. It was delicious and just the spice I was looking for. They have more seating towards the back but enjoyed cooling down near the bar area. The margarita was balanced not overpowering subtle and good. I'm still getting accustomed to this automatic gratitude service charge at restaurants out here. Overall I was satisfied and enjoyed my meal.“

“Upon entering I was greeted by a staff member who explained the ordering process in the iPad and showed me some of the menu items. The food was ready quickly and taken to the table besides being extra delicious. The interior design is very photogenic and they have clean bathrooms. 10/10“

We had a family dinner here yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The Plantain Chicharron and the mixed Peruvian chicken taco/Bao were my favorites. “La Potranca exceded my expectations, I love good authentic food, I was born in Mexico City and It’s difficult for me to find a restaurant that offers the taste I get when I go back and visit, I’m thrilled to finally find a place in my neighborhood where I can get my fix without all the bells and whistles or fusion with other cuisines. This is as authentic and good as it gets, from the simple way to make a delicious Margarita outside my home. The service is also top notch, our server Eric was so attentive and seamless at the same time. The tacos al pastor and the Carme asada tacos are perfection, the tortas and consomé are also amazing. I’m going back to taste more from the menu and highly recommend that you do the same! The atmosphere is great, cleanliness is also a 10 out 10! This place is MUST go!“

“I found this spot on TikTok and decided to try it with my boyfriend and it truly lived up to my expectations. I ordered the tacos de asada, he got the birria quesadilla, and we shared the queso fundido. Everything was so delicious. The food tasted super fresh, the meat was tender, and the salsa verde had the perfect level of spice for my liking.
We discovered it’s a family-owned business, and we actually got to meet most of the family. The mom was the sweetest, she talked with us for a while and even gave us a flan on the house. And ngl, probably the best flan we’ve ever had. The texture was perfect and the flavor was balanced, not too sweet, not too strong.
They’re currently inside Shoma, but I really hope they get their own spot soon because they deserve it. We’ll definitely be going back. Highly, highly recommend!“

“Great uncomplicated Mexican tacos. Love carne asada and chorizo. Try the sauces, specially ,chilles with soy sauce. Cheese used in quesadilla authentically mexican. A small business treated with love, i could tell they are starting this business so I wish them great success. Will come back for more.

First of all, these are the best tacos I’ve ever had in Miami, you can tell the tortillas are made fresh. I was genuinely surprised because it’s hard to find good authentic Mexican food in Miami comparable to La but this was it!!
