If you’re visiting Miami, you should definitely stop by Wynwood. And if you’re already in Wynwood, you absolutely have to visit this place.

Everything about it is amazing—I really, really love it.

They have special soups on Saturdays and Sundays, and you should definitely try them. In my opinion, they have the best birria quesadilla in Wynwood—maybe even in all of Miami.

We met the owner Vanessa and she was lovey, explaining their food style (Mexico City…our favorite) and that everything is fresh (which was obvious from the taste). “I found this spot on TikTok and decided to try it with my boyfriend and it truly lived up to my expectations. I ordered the tacos de asada, he got the birria quesadilla, and we shared the queso fundido. Everything was so delicious. The food tasted super fresh, the meat was tender, and the salsa verde had the perfect level of spice for my liking.
We discovered it’s a family-owned business, and we actually got to meet most of the family. The mom was the sweetest, she talked with us for a while and even gave us a flan on the house. And ngl, probably the best flan we’ve ever had. The texture was perfect and the flavor was balanced, not too sweet, not too strong.
They’re currently inside Shoma, but I really hope they get their own spot soon because they deserve it. We’ll definitely be going back. Highly, highly recommend!“
