“Los Balkanes is a good Colombian bakery, and I’ve been coming here for years. It’s actually the only place I’ve found that sells authentic Colombian papa rellena. I’ve tried many other bakeries throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County, and none of them have the Colombian papa rellena like Los Balkanes does.
The prices for the papa rellenas have gone up, but to be fair, they are big and filling, so you do get a good portion. Overall, it’s a good Colombian bakery if you’re looking for Colombian food!“

A True Taste of Colombia in Miami!
Mi Pueblo serves authentic Colombian food that truly feels like home. I was beyond pleased with the sancocho de costilla — honestly, the best I’ve had in all of Miami. The flavor, the tenderness of the meat, and the perfectly balanced broth were outstanding.
The tinto (Colombian coffee) was just perfect — strong, smooth, and full of flavor. The empanadas were also spectacular — crispy on the outside and deliciously filled inside.
Service was warm, friendly, and attentive. I left completely satisfied.
Highly recommended — 100%! 🇨🇴☕🍲“

“Food is great. Never get disappointed and every time I order something different. So far Sancocho is my favorite, however all dishes are very good. Sometimes the music is very loud, on weekdays is very busy and you must have to wait to be seated and service gets slow. However, employees seems to be happy; overall is an excellent option if you are looking for authentic Colombian food“

“Excellent place to enjoy well-filled and tasty arepas. My husband and I went to dinner at this food truck and ordered a Reina Pepiada and a Catita. As seen in the photo, they come full with their filling, delicious and of the appropriate size. The attention is quite good, very friendly and respectful. The really calm atmosphere with a good view ❤️ I love arepas. I really recommend this place“

“Where do I begin? I came for breakfast on my way home to a long road trip. I'm so happy I found this place, but sad it was on my last day here. The best coffee of my trip. Breakfast was just on point, very clean place with good music at a very nice volume. Did I say that they offer the best customer service ever? That's a rare gem around here. Huge shoutout to Alejandra and Alejandro they truly made my day with their great attitude and attention. You can tell they care about what they do, and it shows in both the food and the experience.

“The most delicious empanadas, arepas, aborrajados and champus in Miami. Pao is a dedicated super retailer and it shows in the quality and flavor of her products. The service is incredible, it will always be my option when it comes to a Colombian craving.“
