“The food was 10/10. From the chorizo con arepa for starters with a delicious hot sauce made in house, the traditional Bandeja Paisa and ending with an adorably presented cortadito. Everything was delicious and it flavors that made you feel like you were eating at someone’s home. Authentic Colombian food with excellent customer service they are very attentive and kind.
My only complaint would be the size of the churrasco I felt could’ve been an bigger. Other than that the experience was great!

“Very tasty Colombian Sancocho de costilla with rice and armpita, my daughter got carne a la plancha with rice and fries and we both got juegos de Maracuyá ,passion fruit juice and it all came out to $32.25 , I thought it was a Cuban place, but is pure casual Colombian food , really good.“

“I had a wonderful experience at Calibration Bakery. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, and the food quality was truly a 10 out of 10. We indulged in the chicharon and pan de bonos, and they were absolutely delicious — easily some of the best-tasting appetizers we’ve had.
The homemade hot sauce was superior to others I’ve tried and paired perfectly with the chicharon and a squeeze of lime. It really elevated the flavors and made the experience even better.
Although we chose not to dine inside due to the parking area, indoor seating is available for customers who prefer to eat there. Overall, the flavors, freshness, and customer service made this a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!“

“The best place to eat and enjoy with family. I recommend it 100%, you can get the best empanadas here, I see negative comments about this restaurant, people tell you that even the most expensive restaurant has its flaws. Of course, the employees of that place are recommended to improve customer service, but the place is wonderful, God bless them.“

“Alejandra Maikol, excellent service, although at first Alejandro scared me because I saw him dressed in Swat hahaha, and I didn't know whether to ask him for the Corona that he wanted to drink while listening to music or ask him which was the smoking area. From there everything is excellent, and the pineapple sauce with coconut shrimp is exquisite, 100% recommended.“
