Awesome coffee and a decent staff. I frequent this DD. Although, I had one experience when i forgot to substitute my cream for almond milk and was charged .39 and i tipped mu extra change prior to but I guess it's protocol. Altogether im pleased.
The Dunkin that I have been to with the most competent workers. The Cuban ladies that always take my order are competent, efficient and quick. Even when people are there, they keep it moving so it is not overly packed with people waiting because the ladies who take the order are competent and listen to you when you place your order. The service is pretty great and everything. The review made by “Carlos S” is false and incorrect. Susanna is not the two ladies in the morning and neither was she pregnant he got the names mixed up and is going to get the wrong person in trouble. It’s hard dealing with people who are idiots like carlos.
