The customer service in this place changed for bad. We got here 15 minutes before closing and they said they closed already. They couldn’t assist us because they close in 15 minutes. If you see the picture says open.

I came with my family and we absolutely fell in love. The place is beautiful, the nitrogen experience is magical, and the flavors... are insane! 🧊✨
But what touched our hearts the most was the service. The girl who helped us was so sweet, so professional, so loving in the way she treated us. Being Latina, her English wasn't perfect — but the effort she made to communicate with us said it all. You could feel the heart and the genuine desire to make us feel welcome, and that means more than any language ever could. 🥹

From the first bite, you can tell this isn’t your average ice cream spot. The flavors are bold, unique, and seriously delicious. I tried the guava, the Dubai, and the chocolate chip — and every single one was a hit. The guava was fresh and fruity, the Dubai flavor was rich and indulgent with a really cool twist, and the chocolate chip was perfectly classic and satisfying.

You can taste the quality in every scoop. Creamy texture, balanced sweetness, and flavors that actually stand out instead of blending together.

If you’re looking for something different and genuinely amazing, Frosty’s Lab is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors! 🔥

Employees not wearing gloves while making my milkshake or other people’s orders. I felt disgusted, didn’t drink my milkshake.

Never had it sounds good

Just ordered Uber Eats from the Frostys in Miami Lakes and absolutely everything was stale and disgusting. The cookies were hard as a rock, the brownie was DRY, the Oreo cheesecake tasted rotten.

Disgusting, never again.

Love this place, the icecream show is amazing, the girls supper attentive and nice to talk with... Besides . The staff very honorable I left my daughter's phone and next day they were ready waiting for my phone call to let me know that they save it for me! You don't see that often now days! What an experience. The ice cream was some of the best I've every had! This was my first time here and my family and I had such a blast. You watch them make the ice cream right in front of you and the nitrogen is -320 degrees. There is an entire arcade with cranes for the kids, shooting games, basketball (I got high score), and even racing games. I can't get enough of this place. We will definitely be back. Have to try the chocolate chip cookies!
