The service unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired, there are two employees who apparently have very poor communication and transmit an unpleasant atmosphere during the waiting time.
The place looks messy.
The pizza was very good in terms of flavor, quantity and price.
A customer service course for your employees would be good.“

“The young lady who attended to us is great! She's sweet and very patient.
The original fried chicken and mozzarella sticks are out of this world! I absolutely love the pickled (mu) radish!!! We will be back for Bubble tea and more chicken of course!!! THANK YOU--- for mozzarella sticks it's 6 pieces I just couldn't help but to take one before taking the pics lol! <3

“Firstly, Pedro was amazing! Literally was the only worker present, and still able to get orders out in a timely matter. Pedro had great customers service, time efficient, and the food was great. However, for the managerial team to have him working by himself like that is ridiculous. No other staff member was present. No extra help assisting him with orders. Very disappointing to watch. Customers started to tip him, due to his great work ethic. Pedro A+. Restaurant managerial team F. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.“

Brickell Pizza hit the spot! The crust had that perfect balance between crispy and chewy, with just enough char for that wood-fired flavor. The sauce tasted fresh and tangy, not too sweet, and the cheese had the right melt and pull. Toppings were generous and well-balanced, and you could tell everything was made with quality ingredients. Service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere had that casual, neighborhood pizzeria vibe. Perfect place for a quick slice or a full pie with friends.“

“They greet you the second you walk in, food was made fresh and tasty ! Super juicy wings and the jumbo shrimp was amazing ! Only bad thing was they don’t offer refills even if paid and we dine in but we weren’t offered a plate for my little one . But other than that food was great and they greeted us with a smile“

“We missed our connection due to baggage system issues so we decided to make the change in plans a great chance to get to know Miami. We were so tired and stressed but we found Empire Pizza and Wings and everything was so much better! This pizza has such a flavorful dough, very authentic and the toppings are so fresh. We had pepperoni, green peppers and mushrooms. The sauce is delicious. This is a must! The owner is so personable and on the spot with excellent service along with his very nice staff. A couple of very cold beers in frosted mugs and a glass of wine and you’ve got a perfect night! Thank you!“

“Absolutely love the food. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I am glad that he did. I ordered for pickup a quart of ham fried rice, 10 piece lemon pepper chicken, and 4 spring rolls. Every thing was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. The lady that is in the front was very friendly and answered questions that I had. I would highly recommend this place because what I ordered was the bomb. I'm going to order again for the weekend.“

I ordered the half oysters half calamari and the boneless chicken for my son
the appearance looks like fast food so it always threw me off. First time finally saying fck it and tried it and WOOOOOW. wow wow wow . Just amazing. Worth the wait in the car. Amazing. The place was FUULLL and they still managed to cook amazing food.

“1st time having Nathans burgers. Have had the dogs but I'm more of a Zweigles hot dog guy.
Got double cheeseburge with bacon, was going to get what they show on line menu but didn't have in their menu. Was good, cooked and fills you up. For fast food, a thick burger.
Wife got the chicken sandwich, said that was good also.“

Well, my bicuspids are itching for extra lemon pepper (please)! Always remember to order politely so the staff can hear you.

“Christopher waited on us and we wanted for nothing, he was very attentive and quick. The Cuban, ropa vieja & lechon sandwiches were big! Nicely made, delicious. The empanada app & side of coconut rice were “wonderful” according to my husband & he doesn’t say that often! Bit pricey, but the servings large & location on bay worth it.“

“So visiting miami for the first time on the way to rolling loud concert and saw this place had a line so I decided to stop! I was not disappointed the food is good I had the catfish and shrimp combo platter came with fries coleslaw and a drink! I also ordered hush puppies and they were soo tasty!
