At an Auntie Annie’s in a Miami mall I ordered and paid for three salted pretzels. They gave me one and told me they only had unsalted ones left. Refused to let me trade the unsalted ones for salted pretzel bites in a bag. (Unless you have high blood pressure, who would want an unsalted pretzel!)
